We are experienced with planning and hosting bespoke celebrations whether that is a birthday, anniversary or baby shower. We will use our picturesque setting along with our bright and modern facilities to make your day of celebrations a joyful and uplifting experience.

We have a wealth of experience in hosting awards ceremonies and gala style dinners in the Sutton Suite, which ensures you have a high quality and sophisticated event.

If you require a special, private and intimate family event, we will use our Bineham Room to ensure our incredible food is matched with a beautifully furnished dining experience.

Our unique ambition is to ensure we meet your needs in every way. So whatever your celebration, event or experience you require we will deliver it to whatever specification you require. We have a selection of menu's available to suit your any of your requirements.

Conferences

There are several rooms available:

The Bineham Room can accommodate up to 25 delegates

The Kingsmoor Suite can accommodate up to 70 delegates

The Sutton Room can accommodate up to 130 delegates.

The rooms can be laid out in a number of different styles to suit your individual requirements; cabaret, theatre, boardroom or if you require something bespoke, then we will meet your needs.

Equipment for hire includes, Flip Charts, Digital Projectors, Screens and Extention Leads.

Refreshments are available throughout the day:

  • Small Conference Room: Rates start from £25 - £72 (lunch not included)
  • Large Conference Room: Rates start from £45 - £128 (lunch not included)
  • Refreshments: Coffee/Tea and Biscuits £1 per person. Orange Juice £5 for 2 litres
  • Buffet @ £8.75 per person
  • Simple Lunch @ £5.42 per person
  • Sandwiches @ £3.00 per person
  • Sandwiches and chips £4.00 per person

Wedding at Long Sutton

The reception you and your guests will receive will be warm and welcoming. The standard of service will be of the highest order with a can-do attitude which underpins our high quality of service culture. We are proud of the quality of our catering and we boast that we have exceptional fresh food, locally produced, ethically sourced and prepared to the highest standard. We will accommodate all your needs so that our service meets your expectations.

The Sutton Room is perfect for a wedding reception and seats up to 140 people. The top table can be positioned in any areas of the room and we can be flexible in how we design your room so that whatever seating arrangements you require we will deliver in a comfortable and accommodating way.

There are many areas near our function room and around the course which are ideal settings for photographs for the wedding party. A walk around will enable you to picture the stunning opportunities for your memories to be kept forever.

Our wedding day offering includes:

  • Facilities for hire to include reception, wedding breakfast and evening function
  • The Sutton Room includes a licensed bar, Wi-fi, PA system, views onto our stunning course
  • Extensive free parking
  • The wedding coordinator will help you plan your event and will be on hand during your special day to make sure everything runs smoothly
